Where We Ship
We deliver to addresses in the lower 48 United States. If you are outside this area, contact us before requesting a quote.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all products. Your quote will show the item price with delivery included.
How Ordering and Delivery Work
Orders are placed by quote. Send a request from any product page or our contact page. We will review it, confirm availability and delivery details with you, and send payment instructions with your confirmed quote. Your order ships after payment is confirmed.
Because we reply to each request individually, we do not state fixed delivery dates here. Your confirmed quote will give you the details for your order.
Stove Deliveries
Stoves are heavy and are usually shipped by freight carrier. Before you order, make sure someone can receive the shipment and move it from the delivery point to where it will be installed. Tell us about any access limits, such as steep driveways or no loading area, when you request your quote.
Inspect Your Delivery
Check the shipment when it arrives. Note any visible damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before you sign, keep all packaging, and take photos. Then contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for what we can do next.
Installation
Installation is a separate service and is quoted separately. We recommend waiting to schedule installation until your order has arrived and been inspected.
