Stove Returns
You may return a stove within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping, and we charge no restocking fee. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Firewood and Accessories
Firewood and accessories can be replaced or refunded only if the item sent was wrong or arrived damaged. Report the problem within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email or call us with your name, what you ordered, and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps as soon as possible. Please do not ship an item back before you hear from us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your delivery arrives damaged, note it on the carrier’s paperwork when you can, keep the packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for inspection tips.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method once we receive and review the returned item.
