The Vermont Bun Baker cookstove, also sold as the Nectre N350, is the smallest-footprint cookstove in this collection at just 21.75″ wide and 21.25″ deep — a real option for kitchens or cabins where larger models simply won’t fit. Despite the compact size, it holds its own on output: 30,000 BTU/hr, 750–1,000 sq ft heating capacity, and 78% efficiency with overnight burn potential.

A bypass damper routes hot flue gases around the oven before they exit, which is what gives this small stove genuine baking performance rather than just warming capability. The steel cooktop fits up to four pots at once despite the compact frame, and two removable cooktop rings allow direct-flame cooking.
